Phase Focus: Activate Telegram + Begin Frontend Infrastructure for Shrine/Fellowship Interactions

Primary Goal: Deploy a low-effort, functional Telegram integration for Cleric that sets the foundation for a richer web-based shrine interaction interface—inspired by Memento Mori project.

Why: This two-pronged approach allows for—

• Immediate activation of fellowship ritual participation via Telegram, and proof of concept for proposal purposes in the realm of institutional arts funding, mentorship, collaboration and support
• Parallel development of a modular, extendable front-end system that enhances the depth, mystery, and expressive quality of Sacred Protocol. With ability to be customized and for larger builds as needed and ongoing
